For nearly 30 years, GRPS has serviced a range of oil and gas rotating equipment for clients across Australia including QPM Energy's Moranbah Gas Project (QLD), Santos Roma (QLD), Origin ALPNG (QLD) and ENI Yelcherr Gas Plant (NT).  Our rotating equipment experience includes:

How we add value

  • Ability to work within client systems or other CMMS - For facility maintenance and integrity management, our team can work within client systems or conversely, have the knowledge to work in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP, Oracle eAM, Maximo and Mex.

  • Wide equipment range available so you don't have to source:

    • Asset integrity equipment: To test and check the health of your asset, we have ultrasonic B and C scan equipment, borescope, digital radiographic testing film and NATA-certified test benches with full flow testing capabilities and adequate volume to lift the seat.

    • Vehicles: Our large fleet of maintenance customised service vehicles is available for use in the field and inside operating plants. These include vacuum trucks, crane trucks, service trucks with purpose-built scaffolding for repeatable maintenance activities and purpose-built PSV testing vehicles for testing at site and valve maintenance facilities.

    • Specialist tooling equipment for the servicing of rotating equipment.
