Cameron Will, CEO

Cameron Wills | Chief Executive Officer

Cameron joined the business in 2007 and has held executive leadership and company director roles with GR Production Services since its acquisition from Oceaneering in 2014.  Prior to moving into the role of CEO and Managing Director, Cameron was previously responsible for GR Production Services' East division for 9 years, a diverse business comprising Coal Seam Gas (CSG), conventional and offshore oil and gas, and carbon capture and storage across Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland.  He has developed a business focussed on the highest possible safety and productivity performance through innovation, team culture and client service excellence.  Cameron has more than 25 years’ project and field services management experience across the Australasian mining, oil, gas and energy industry and holds a Master of Business Administration.  

 

Josh Harrison, GM Operations & Maintenance West

Josh Harrison | General Manager, Operations & Maintenance West

Joining the GR Production Services business in 2017, Josh has held senior management roles of Production Superintendent and most recently as WA/NT Field Operations Manager. Josh has an impressive track record of delivering excellent results for our clients by maximising production, reducing costs and maintaining HSEQ excellence, within conventional and unconventional oil and gas projects, maintenance, and operations.  Based in our Darwin Hub, as General Manager Operations – West, Josh  is responsible for maintaining and strengthening our operations business in the West, particularly focused on further developing our Darwin Hub capabilities and service offering. Josh is committed to working closely with our clients, local businesses, and the community to help the Territory continue to grow.
  

 

Andy Bull, General Manager - Operations & Maintenance East

Andy Bull | General Manager, Operations & Maintenance East

Andy Bull joined GR Production Services in 2020 as General Manager, Maintenance – East. Andy brings international experience within the petrochemical industry, having worked for ExxonMobil in the UK and Caltex (now Ampol) based at the Lytton Refinery in Brisbane having held roles as Reliability, Maintenance and Turnaround Manager and more recently Operations Manager. As General Manager Andy is contract owner for maintenance services agreements across our Eastern Region and is accountable for ensuring client’s needs are delivered by providing safe, reliable, cost effective and fit-for-purpose operational maintenance solutions.

 

Nadine Dulnuan, Marketing & Communications Manager

Nadine Dulnuan | Marketing & Communications Manager

Nadine has worked in marketing and communications for over 20 years in various industries including financial services, professional services and tourism. Her experience includes marketing strategy development, end-to-end campaign management and content creation - essentially any activities which help bring a company's product or service to life! As an advocate for best practices in communications, Nadine is responsible for managing GRPS' marketing and communications activities, leading the Community Matters program and supporting regional business development initiatives.

 

Greg Chrisfield, National HSSEQ Manager

Greg Chrisfield | National HSSEQ Manager

Greg joined our business in 2022 and brings over 20+ years of senior HSSEQ leadership experience (both locally and internationally) which he gained in previous roles with QGC, Buru Energy, Oil Search, Ausenco and Morris Corporation. Accomplished in the areas of Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Community, Risk, Quality and Sustainability, Greg has worked in high-risk Utility, Energy, Oil and Gas EPCM and Asset Management industries. As the National HSSEQ Manager, Greg sets the strategy for our HSSEQ department ensuring company KPI’s and goals are achieved. He and his team monitor compliance to internal and external, requirements, auditing across the business and the provision of resources to ensure the company certification is maintained whilst supporting regional operations activity. Greg holds qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety, Occupational Hazard Management, Innovation and Service Management and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety and a Certified Chartered Generalist OHS Professional.

 

Yasmin Sethi, Human Resources Manager

Yasmin Sethi | Human Resources & Training Manager

Yasmin has over 20 years’ experience in global, national and team leadership roles across a diverse range of industries, including Engineering, Energy, Mining & Resources, Construction, and Technology. Having joined GRPS in 2024, Yas has led and contributed to business transformation projects and initiatives across people and culture, change management, risk management and the implementation of new technologies and processes. She takes a fresh approach to challenges by seeking out new ways of doing things to support continuous improvement for business success, people engagement and high performance to make positive change. Yas is responsible for managing the Human Resources function across Australia, leading the People strategy for GRPS to support the business and our stakeholders.

 

Marc Chable, General Manager Advisory

Marc Chable | General Manager Advisory

Marc Chable joined GR Production Services in 2010 and held senior management roles as General Manager, Projects and Facilities Engineering before taking up the role of Regional Manager for Victoria in 2013. In 2018, Marc was appointed General Manager, Operations & Advisory East. Marc brings over 24 years of oilfields experience in Australia, the United Kingdom, Russia, India and Malaysia. His specific areas of expertise include oil and gas (onshore and offshore) engineering, operations management, project development and delivery. Marc holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University.

 

Thomas Andres, Finance & Commercial Manager

Thomas Andres | Finance & Commercial Manager

Thomas joined in 2018 having previously worked in Commercial Manager and CFO roles in electrical and civil contracting in Australia for 15 years. Prior to moving to Australia, Thomas occupied finance roles in a variety of industries (banking, insurance, IT, education) in Germany, South Africa and the United Kingdom. Thomas is a qualified accountant (CA, FCCA) and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).
