Scope of Work
GRPS operated the Patricia Baleen plant for nine years providing full operations and maintenance services through the provision of multi-skilled personnel.
- Provision of technical and project management for plant operations, maintenance and engineering changes through an Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Perform all site repairs, calibration and testing and maintenance to all site equipment, electrical, instrumentation and system components.
- Design, commissioning, debottlenecking, power generation facilities using gas engines
- Utilising Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) “Maximo” which allows site personnel to identify required maintenance, plan, schedule and control site work activities

Upstream PS maintained the OPEX at or below the forecast levels. Delivered to schedule and supported major upgrades to the plant.
